11 Month Warranty

It has become common practice that newly constructed homes are sold with a

12-month warranty, protecting the owner from having to pay for defects in construction. During an 11th Month Warranty Inspection, we search the home for the issues covered under the warranty. This provides the new owner with a precise checklist of any repairs to request before the warranty period has expired. It’s a tool for the home owner to have clarity and confidence when engaging the Builder and Warranty Team regarding any areas of concern that may have arisen during the first year of dwelling in the home.
