A home inspection can detect issues that are not seen on a simple walk-through or visit to a property. These inspections are the most detailed, as every aspect of a home is inspected. With the knowledge and full awareness of the status of the property, potential buyers and sellers can negotiate a reasonable price, any cost for repairs, and decide whether or not the purchase will be a good investment. Full home inspections on average take one hour per every 1,000 square feet to complete. At Anthem Home Inspections we include with your full home inspection 4-point and wind mitigation inspections and reports at no additional cost. Typical turn-around time for your report is on-site at the conclusion of your inspection.
